Cancellation & Deposit Policy
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a workshop due to lack of enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. Notification in case of lack of enrollment will be seven days (or earlier) before the beginning date of the workshop. A full refund will apply.
Minimum Deposits are $100 for workshops priced at $500.00 or less and $250.00 for workshops priced at $1500.00. Minimum deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another workshop.
Payment Plans are accepted with our approval. Full tuition must be received by one week before the workshop starts.

- If you cancel more than three (3) weeks before the beginning date of a workshop, full refund less the deposit.
- If you cancel more than two (2) weeks before the beginning date of a workshop, deposit and 1/2 tuition is forfeited.
- If you cancel more than one (1) week before the beginning date of a workshop, deposit and 3/4 tuition is forfeited.
- There is no refund if you cancel less than one week before the beginning date of a workshop.
- There are no refunds for no-shows or for withdrawal after a wowrkshop begins.
